Jeffrey Chappell will lecture about the music of George Gershwin, with a focus on three songs: “Fascinating Rhythm”, “I Got Rhythm”, and “I Got Plenty o’ Nuttin’”. The lecture will be illustrated by live performances by Mr. Chappell as well as Levine School of Music faculty members Fleta Hylton and Alex Peh and students Ryan Taylor and Donny Toker. The event is one hour in length.
