Jeffrey Chappell and cellist Vasily Popov, presented by the Levine School of Music, will perform the premiere of Chappell‘s arrangement for cello and piano of “Aphrodite”, the second movement of his solo piano composition “Jazz Sonata”. The program also includes Sonata for Cello and Piano by Claude Debussy, works by Gabriel Faure, and Le Grand Tango by Astor Piazzolla.
No admission charge. Free will offering at the door.
