Jeffrey Chappell will perform his arrangement of Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue as well as the Piano Sonata Opus 26 by Samuel Barber. Bob Winter, the orchestral pianist for the Boston Pops Orchestra, will improvise on well-known tunes by Rodgers and Hart, Cole Porter, and Irving Berlin.
