Jeffrey Chappell returns to the River Concert Series to collaborate with conductor Jeff Silberschlag in performances of Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue with the Chesapeake Orchestra. On Friday only, July 21, he also performs his composition “Songs For Milla” for piano and orchestra.
