Grammy-nominated flutist Karen Kevra and pianist Jeffrey Chappell perform a program of exquisite French repertoire featuring audience participation. The first half of the program is Michel Blavet's Sonata ”L'Henriette”, Francis Poulenc's Sonata, and a Key West premiere by Karen's mentor, Louis Moyse. At intermission everyone will receive a ballot listing the ten works from Moyse's world-famous anthology Flute Music by French Composers with descriptions of pieces by Gabriel Fauré, Cécile Chaminade, and others.
